I started my fitness journey after high school. Originally, the goal was to lose weight and be a thinner version of myself. But shortly after joining the gym, I realized it was way more fun being strong. I love pushing myself and building strength, but I get even more joy seeing other people do the same. Everyone has their own level of strength, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or have been working out for many years. It feels good reaching a goal you've set. As a recent first time mom, I now have new goals for the upcoming year and I am excited for this new challenge in my life!
